Terms of Service
The rules governing your use of hall-monitor.

1. Acceptance
By installing or using hall-monitor, you agree to these terms. If you're using hall-monitor on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The service
hall-monitor connects your repositories and Slack workspaces to deliver real-time PR and deployment notifications. We may update, expand, or discontinue features over time with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hall-monitor.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use hall-monitor to violate any law, infringe on third-party rights, or interfere with our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Data
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using the service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate it on your behalf.
6. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@hall-monitor.dev.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
hall-monitor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, hall-monitor's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
